International Shipping:
All orders are sent via recorded delivery using FedEx shipment service and shipped from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. Orders take an estimated 4 -12 business days to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to you.
We are not responsible for lost packages. In this instance, the customer has to file claim to the shipping expedition.

Taxes
If there are further import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes on entry into the customers respective country, Ambal will not be liable for these extra charges and duties. Please check with your local authorities as to what these charges may be.

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Ambal, however, if you change your mind and wish to return an item, we will issue a credit
note in the form of a coupon code valid for 6 months to be used on your next purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
