SHIPPING RETURN POLICY

Shipping

  • International Shipping:
    All orders are sent via recorded delivery using FedEx and Dhl Express shipment service and shipped from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. Orders take an estimated 4 -12 business days to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to you.
    We are not responsible for lost packages. In this instance, the customer has to file claim to the shipping expedition.
  • Taxes:
    If there are further import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes on entry into the customers respective country, Ambal will not be liable for these extra charges and duties. Please check with your local authorities as to what these charges may be. Orders over €180 is free of delivery charges.

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Ambal, however, if you
change your mind and wish to return an item, we will issue a credit note in the form of a coupon code valid for 6 months to be used on your next purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Requests for returns must be sent by e-mail to the following address: ambalthelabel@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Items on SALE or using a DISCOUNT COUPON are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Returned items must be returned with tags and in resalable condition.
